Purchasing Policies & Do We Allow Returns?

**Bidding Kings Pickup Policy**  

– All items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.  
– If you do not pick up your item within this timeframe, your purchase will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.  
– If you are unable to pick up your item, you may send a friend or family member on your behalf. They must provide your invoice information to complete the pickup.

Payments:
Immediate Processing: Winning bids are charged immediately to the credit card registered with your account. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds as Bidding Kings is not responsible for bank fees due to insufficient funds.
Card Registration: Only one card should be registered per account. If you need to change your card, contact our customer service.

Overdue Payment Policy:
Immediate Due Date: Payments for won items are due immediately upon winning. Failure to pay on time results in a 10% surcharge on the winning price, applied after 3 days. Non-payment beyond this period may lead to account termination.

Buyer’s Premium and Taxes:
Premium: A 15% buyer’s premium is added to the final bid price, which is standard in the Mega Sales industry.
Taxes: Local taxes apply to all purchases. We do not offer tax-exempt or tax-free sales.

Pickup Policy:
Pickup Window: Items must be picked up within 7 days of the sale’s end. Each day after incurs a $5 storage fee. After 10 days, a $25 re-listing fee applies, and the item may be re-listed with the buyer’s premium retained.

Returns and Refunds:
Policy: Bidding Kings operates on a no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange basis. Exceptions are at the discretion of our managers for items not as described.
Restocking Fee: If a return is approved, you’ll be refunded the item price and sales tax, minus storage fees, buyer’s premium, and a $25 restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain categories like apparel, food, and sealed products are non-refundable.

Local Pickup: All sales are for local pickup only, with specified hours. Ensure you can pick up your items before bidding.
Careful Bidding: Review item descriptions and photos carefully. Claims must be made within 7 days of pickup; late claims will not be considered.

Bidding: All lots start at $5.00 and increase on a $5.00 increment. Bidding Kings uses an auto-bidding system. This system allows bidders to place their highest bid and will defend your lot until there is a higher bid. All lots close at 9:00pm if there are no new bids placed within the last 5 minutes. Sales extend an additional 5 minutes each time a new bid is placed. Until there is 5minutes of inactivity. PAYMENTS: Invoices and payments are processed immediately for winning bidders on the card registered. The first card registered will always be charged first. Please do not register multiple cards. RETURNS: NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO BUYERS REMORSE. IF YOU WIN LOT(S), YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE CLOSE OF THE SALE FOR THE WINNING BID(S) ALONG WITH THE BUYER?S PREMIUM (OF 15%) AND LOCAL TAX. WE DO NOT OFFER TAX EXEMPT OR TAX-FREE SALES. THE FIRST CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE DUE TO LACK OF FUNDS ON THE CARD BIDDING KINGS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BANK FEES ASSOCIATED WITH LACK OF FUNDS. PICK UP POLICY: all items won must be picked up by the client within 7 days of the sale ending. every day after 7 days we will charge a $5 daily storage fee. On day 10 we will charge a $25 relisting fee for invoices under $100 and $50 for over $100, keep the buyer’s premium, taxes and re-list the item. restocking fee: the customer will be refunded the price of the items and the sales tax less the storage fees, buyer’s premium, and fees. REFUIND POLICY: No Returns, No Buyer?s Remorse. If an item is not described or pictured properly, bidding kings offers a 10 day refund policy. Please use the description and pictures to make your bidding decision. Keep in mind that the factory picture cannot be used as a reason for refund as it is used for illustration purposes only.. If the item is not described correctly, please contact support@biddingkings.com with photos and the invoice number. Non-refundable items include but are not limited to: Apparel, Shoes, Food, Salvage pallets, Factory Sealed Products, Pet Food and Toys, Paper Products, Health and Beauty, any mystery boxes, and any item that has been noted as non-refundable in the listing. All refund requests will be initiated via email first. All claims must be entered 7 days after pick up. Any claims made after this time will be denied. A manager will review your claim and can issue a return at their discretion. General Information Factory Pictures: The first picture for most items is a factory picture and are meant for illustration purposes only. Please rely on other pictures, item description, and personal inspection for actual condition and included accessories or parts. Item conditions: New ? Retail Ready, New in box, includes manuals, remotes, accessories where applicable. Unused ? Opened, does not appear to ever be used, may not be in original packaging, may not include manuals, remotes, or accessories. Slightly Used ? Opened, maybe used once or twice, minimal signs of wear. Used ? Item has been visibly used, typically works as it should, see description for additional details. Parts or Repair ? Item is in non-working condition and needs to be repaired or used for parts. Store Return – Returns were sold to a customer, who then physically brought the item back to a store. Reasons for returning a product may not have any correlation to its usefulness, and as a result that product may be in fine working order. Returns may have some operational and/or cosmetic problem. Depending on a company’s return policy, these items may also reflect a measurable amount of use. They may or may not come in original packaging and may not have any of the advertised documentation or additional parts and/or accessories. Returns can exhibit a wide range of individual products and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing. These items are not tested for function. Salvage – Salvage assets are intended for professional buyers, as most can be used only for parts. These assets are offered “as-is, where-is” with no returns, guarantees, or claims as to be working condition.
